Did our gear not meet your expectations? Don’t worry, our policy is simple, quick, and customer-friendly.

  • If you did not receive what you ordered or received a damaged item, notify us within 3 days and the product will be returned free of cost.
  • If you ordered the correct product but the size isn’t the right fit, get it exchanged within 7 days. Note that this includes shipping costs.
  • During the return or exchange process, please ensure that the product is securely packed using either the original packaging or a new one that is similar in quality.
  • While sending it back to us, make sure that the packaging has the right address written or printed on it.
  • Give us 5 business days to return or exchange your items.
